- FLEXACADEMY is one of the group companies of EMINFLEX.
- 1970-EminFlex is founded in Istanbul by Emin Tasci to operate in manufacturing and assembly of hydraulic fittings.
- 1992-Bulent Tasci who takes over the management as being the second generation, moves the headquarter to Levent / Istanbul and the company’s field of activities are expanded by adding production of metal flex hose assemblies, adapters for air conditioning systems and coating process.
- 2003-EminFlex expands its production area from 750 m² to 2500 m².
- 2004-EminFlex starts to produce flexible hose machines.
- 2005-EminFlex moves into its own factory located in Tuzla / Istanbul, having a total area of 14.000 m² with 8.500 m² closed production area.
- 2006-EminFlex expands its foreign trade activities by starting to export Flex Hose Production Lines, Braiding Machines and flexible metal hoses to various countries, nearly all over the World.
- In 2009, EminFlex began to produce metal bellows and expansion joints.
- In 2018, Group, made an investment in Serbia as FLEXACADEMY and started production in 20,000 sqm also merged with BACKER GROUP / Sweden, within the same year
- EMINFLEX is a worldwide recognized, designer and manufacturer of flexible metal components such as metal flex hoses and metal hose applications, vibration hoses and custom made metal hose applications and compensators.
- The group currently has 350 employees and operates within a total area of 23,000 m2. Bülent Taşçı who is the second generation of the Taşçı family, managing the group companies which is equipped with the latest technology on machinery and equipment.
- FLEXACADEMY products and services are approved with many quality certificates including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14000, EN 10380.
